What is the cholesterol content in your products?
All products made with vegetable fat have a cholesterol content of less than 5mg/kg or 0.5mg/100g.
What is the percentage of trans fat contained in your products?
Our products contain less than 0.3% naturally occurring trans fat.
Do you have soya free products?
Yes we do; all our products are soya free.
Can I cook with your products?
Yes you can replace traditional cheese with one of our products when preparing any one of your favorite recipes. You simply have to pay attention to the cooking time and conditions as traditional cheeses differ compared to our products in terms of their behavior during the cooking process.
Should your products be stored in the refrigerator?
Yes, all products must be stored in the refrigerator.
Can I freeze your products?
No, we do not recommend freezing for any of our products as upon defrosting the texture will not be what we intended.
Where can I find the best before date on your products?
The best before date is printed on the package.
Can I use your products past the best before date?
No, all products must be consumed by the best before date printed on the package in order to enjoy the product as we intended.
Is MSG added to your products?
We have a strict policy regarding MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate) – we do not add it in any of our products. Our ingredients also do not contain added MSG. In short there is absolutely no added MSG to be found anywhere in our products be it flavourings or other ingredients, this is fundamental to our ethos as people and as a business.
Are your products matured?
No, all products do not undergo any maturing or fermentation process.
Have you implemented a cross-contamination control program?
Yes, ARIVIA applies a very strict cross-contamination control program to ensure no cross-contamination.
Are all your branded products Kosher certified?
Only οur Violife product range is Kosher certified.
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes, all products have an all year around Halal certification, with the exception of VIOLIFE with mushrooms and VIOLIFE Blu.
Do your products contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO)?
No, they do not contain any GMOs.
It is against our company policy to allow any GMO ingredients in our facilities. We have been certified by the Non-GMO project.
Do you produce any vegan products?
